By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Commissioner") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and Ani ("the Artist").

The artist will not be held responsible for the Client's own misconception if they did not read and understand the Terms of Service before commissioning.
